4. Timothy Phinney Ide [image] 1, 2 was born on 19 Aug 1789 in Rehoboth, Massachusets. He died on 26 May 1861 in Seekonk. He married 3 Althea Tiffany on 7 Apr 1814 in Seekonk. [Parents]

5. Althea Tiffany 1, 2 was born in 1788 in Barrington. She died on 12 May 1848. [Parents]

6. Henry Stone 1, 2, 3 was born on 9 Sep 1781. He died on 15 Feb 1860. He married 4 Lucina Winsor in Apr 1813. [Parents]

When about six years of age he was apprenticed to ____ Drake with whom he remained during his minority. He then moved to Rhode Island, and was for a time clerk in a store in Olneyville. He became a manufacturer of cotton fabrics at the Union Mill, Olneyville, Randall Mill, North Providence, and afterwards at the Central Mill in Seekonk, Mass. (now East Providence, R.I.) Failing during the financial panic of 1837 he retired to the Daniel Winsor estate in Smithfield, near Greenville, where he passed the remainder of his life.

He was a man of sterling character, and was much esteemed by his neighbors. He was for several years a member of the town council o Smithfield. His widow, who for many years had patiently borne the affliction of total blindness, died in Providence December 12, 1862, aged 82.
