Family Farm Quit Claim Deed: 1927
This quit claim deed conveyed the present-day Roger & Jean Ide farm to Fritz Ide, Roger’s Father, in 1927. This deed was conveyed and signed by Fritz’s father Frank A. Ide, and Fritz’s siblings Jim, Frances (and her husband Theodore Slaman), Agnes, and John. Interestingly, Fritz’s uncle Fred W. Ide was the Notary public attesting to his brother’s and nephews’ and niece’s signatures. Frances Ide Slaman and Theodore Slaman’s signatures were notarized in Cleveland, Ohio on May 20th (second page).
